VALVES

Hydraulic VALVES give you complete control of your system - Putting pressure where you want, when you want at the speed you want. They allow you to control multiple Ram/Cylinders, pushing or pulling, as your needs be. Some are electrically manipulated with the push of a button or foot switch. Some require a throw of a lever while some require the turning of a knob like a kitchen sink faucet. Some even work automatically like an Overload Valve which opens when maximum pressure is breached.

Your basic operational CONTROL VALVES should be ordered with your PUMP.

CHECK, FLOW CONTROL, ADJUSTABLE RELIEF AND OVERLOAD VALVES

Inline CHECK VALVES are popular in multiple Ram/Cylinder Systems where they guard against dropping the load due to pressure loss.

Inline FLOW CONTROL or NEEDLE VALVES are (faucet-like) valves for sustained load-holding and flow control. Also offering positive shut-off and/or throttling.
A variation of a Flow Control Valve called a SNUBBER VALVE is used to protect Gauges from sudden de-pressurization or heavy cycling which can break or damage indicator needles or the valves themselves.

Inline ADJUSTABLE RELIEF Valves allow for accurate pressure control from about 500 PSI to 10,000. When preset pressure is achieved valve automatically opens and bypasses excess flow.

Inline OVERLOAD/SAFETY RELIEF VALVES protect against over pressurizing.
