The field leader is the GRAY FLJ-400B and the NORCO #72036C.
NORCO's is imported from China while the GRAY is American made.
Both the GRAY and NORCO use a scissors motion.
GRAY'S is rated at 8,000 pounds (4 Ton) along with their new 15,000 pound (7 1/2 Ton) Model while NORCO'S will lift 10,000 pounds (5 Tons) off either the scissors end or the top of it's post.
The NORCO and GRAY's all start at 2 1/4" and lift to 16".
The NORCO is 104 pounds, the GRAY 4 ton model
is 68 pounds and 7 1/2 ton model is 100 pounds.
Price-wise Norco out does the Gray by a considerable amount.
NORCO's unique design offers two lifting points, the standard
end of the scissors AND
from the top of it's post which offer some utility outside of
just lifting Fork Lifts...
